Every Papillon piece is prepared, hand-inspected and privately packaged in our atelier before dispatch. Expected preparation and delivery time is approximately two to three weeks.
Delivery is fully insured and requires a signature on receipt. A named contact from our team is available throughout the process.
You may elect to collect your order in person from the Papillon boutique. We will notify you privately once your piece is ready, and arrange a moment that suits.
Every order moves through five considered stages, held to the same standard as the piece itself:
Ready-to-purchase pieces may be returned in original condition within thirty days of delivery. We ask that you contact the atelier first so we may arrange an insured collection and attend to any concern personally.
Bespoke, made-to-order, engraved and resized pieces are prepared to your specifications and are not eligible for return.
Complimentary resizing is offered within twelve months of delivery, subject to design. Cleaning, polishing and routine inspection are complimentary for the lifetime of the piece.
International delivery is available on request and quoted individually. Please write to the atelier and we will attend to arrangements, insurance and any applicable duties.
