Papillon offers watch servicing in partnership with an accredited workshop of trained watchmakers. Every timepiece we accept is documented, insured and returned with a written service record.
We take on watches from major houses and independent makers alike. If the reference is unusual, we will tell you before accepting the piece.

Full strip-down, ultrasonic clean, lubrication and regulation for mechanical calibres.
Quartz batteries replaced with matched cells; case seals renewed and pressure-tested.
Link resizing, pin replacement, integrated bracelet refinishing and leather strap fitting.
Case polishing (brushed and mirror), crystal replacement, and crown/tube service.
Sympathetic restoration of inherited watches, prioritising originality over cosmetic renewal.

- Free of charge, by appointment. Serial number and condition documented in writing.
- Quotation
- Fixed price provided within 5 – 10 working days of assessment. Nothing proceeds without your approval.
- Turnaround
- Battery & seal: same day. Full service: 6 – 10 weeks, depending on parts availability.
- Warranty
- 12 months on the servicing work, on movement and case seal integrity.
- Handling
- Insured intake and return; the piece is never left unattended in the boutique.
