Products and Availability

All jewellery is subject to availability. We do our best to keep product information, pricing and inventory accurate but cannot guarantee it is always error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update information without notice.

Orders and Payment

An order is confirmed once payment has been received and we have accepted it. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order.

Custom and Made-to-Order Pieces

Custom pieces are made specifically for you. Timelines and deposit requirements will be agreed before work begins. Custom pieces are non-refundable once approved for production.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, imagery, designs and branding — is the property of Papillon Jewellers or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product or service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
