Delivery
Papillon Jewellers is an enquiry-first showroom. Delivery or collection arrangements are agreed with you directly for each piece, so please contact us and we will confirm the options available to you.
Collection
You are welcome to collect in person by prior arrangement at our Three Rivers studio.
Returns and Exchanges
If a piece isn't quite right, please contact us as soon as possible and we will discuss the options with you. Custom or personalised pieces are made specifically for you and are not returnable.
Repairs and Aftercare
We are happy to assist with repairs, resizing and professional cleaning. Please contact us to arrange.
