A room, a table,
and all the time
in the world.
A Papillon visit is not a shopping trip. It is a private appointment in a quiet boutique — closer to a fitting than a purchase, and closer to a conversation than a fitting.
What follows is what you can expect, from the moment you arrive to the moment the piece becomes yours.
Five moments,
considered.
Each chapter is the same for every client — whether the appointment is for a wedding band or a private commission.
You are met at the door, not the counter. A private table, an espresso, and no interruption from the shop floor.
A jeweller sits with you — not a salesperson. We listen first: the person the piece is for, the hand it will live on, the story it will carry.
Pieces are presented one at a time, on velvet, in the light of the room. There is no rush, no upselling, and no obligation.
Sizing is measured by hand and rechecked. If the piece is a commission, we sketch on paper at the table.
Every piece leaves in a hand-finished Papillon case, with the certificate, care card and lifetime servicing folded in.
The box, the
ribbon, the
first moment.
Every Papillon piece leaves in a hand-finished case, wrapped in signature cloth, sealed with a ribbon and hand-numbered on the base.
The presentation is included with every commission. It should feel worthy of the moment it will be opened.
After the
purchase — for
a lifetime.
A Papillon piece is not delivered and forgotten. Our aftercare is written into every commission.
We stand behind every setting, prong and hallmark for the life of the piece.
Bring your piece in twice a year, or send it to us insured — we return it looking new.
Repairs, resizing and re-setting handled in-house, at the same bench that made the piece.
A direct line to your jeweller, not a call centre. Answered in hours, not days.
Reserve the
boutique for
an afternoon.
Private appointments are offered outside of walk-in hours by request. The boutique is yours for the duration.
